U.S. Court Approves NAR’s $418M Settlement on Commissions

The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri granted final approval of the National Association of Realtors’ proposed $418-million settlement agreement reached in March 2024 to resolve the class action claims related to broker commissions.
